为弘扬奥林匹克精神，促进国际青少年文化艺术交流，在中国人民对外友好协会、北京冬奥组委新闻宣传部、教育部中外人文交流中心的指导下，北京市人民对外友好协会、北京市教育委员会、北京市人民政府侨务办公室、北京市文化和旅游局、北京奥运城市发展促进会、中国儿童中心、中国电影博物馆、北京民间组织国际交流促进会、河北省人民对外友好协会联合主办了“祝福冬奥·圆梦冰雪”国际青少年绘画邀请展系列活动。
To spread the Olympic spirit and promote international cultural and art exchanges among youth, Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Olympic City Development Association, China National Children’s Center, China National Film Museum, and Beijing NGO Association,Hebei People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries for International Exchanges jointly hosted the Colourful Imagination of Ice and Snow, Best Wishes for the Winter Olympics--International Youth Painting Invitational Exhibition, under the guidance of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Media and Communications Department of Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and China Center for International People-to-People Exchange.
绘画展以“祝福冬奥、圆梦冰雪、相约北京、共迎未来”为主题，普及冰雪运动知识，表达青少年对2022年北京冬奥会、冬残奥会的祝福和期盼，诠释“一起向未来”的冬奥理念。自5月份启动以来，组委会共到国内外青少年作品近3万幅，覆盖国内31个省、自治区、直辖市及香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，国际作品来自澳大利亚、英国、法国、德国、希腊、意大利、马来西亚、巴基斯坦、俄罗斯、韩国、西班牙、美国等45个国家。
Themed on “Best Wishes for the Winter Olympics, Colorful Imagination of Ice and Snow – Meeting in Beijing for a Shared Future”, the invitational exhibition aims to popularize knowledge about winter sports, express young people’s best wishes and aspirations for the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and interpret the motto of the Beijing Winter Olympics – “Together for a Shared Future”. Since its launch in May 2021, the organizing committee of the event has received nearly 30,000 works by young people from both home and abroad, including China’s 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as 45 foreign countries including Australia, Britain, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Pakistan, Russia, the Republic of Korea (ROK), Spain, and the United States.
经过专家评审委员会3轮专业评审和组委会终审复核，评选出国际一二三等奖317名，国内一二三等奖600名，每位投稿的小朋友都将获得组委会颁发的参与奖。展览选取部分获奖作品通过线下线上相结合的方式进行展出，参展青少年可以通过专题网站观看展览、查询获奖证书。
After three rounds of professional evaluation by the expert panel and the final review of the organizing committee, the event selected out 317 international winners and 600 Chinese winners of the first, second and third prizes. Each candidate would be conferred on a participation award by the organizing committee. Some prize-winning works are exhibited in an online-offline combined form. All participants can enjoy the exhibition and search for prize certificates via the event’s official website.
